I have finished my african flower granny production. 210 flowers, and 14 half flowers have been created, so far so good, but now I have to join them. I wanted to do that with the single-crochet-join-as you-go methode from "the hat and I" but now that I have tried that, I am not sure I like it. I have found another video at Nadelspiel and I think that would work on hexagons too. And here is my question. Which way do you like better? I liked the way the grannys looked spread out on the floor. I only have a few scraps of the blue and the white left, but there is enough pink left to crochet the hexies together.
Was meint Ihr dazu?
I kind of like the Nadelspiel version, the pink is not so prominent and the joining goes a lot faster and I think I would have less ends to weave in. It kind of looks like the "teeth" of a zipper. What do you think?
Bye for now Eure Katrin W.
